Owner / Director
Started TES from his kitchen table in 2015. Matt manages our supplier relationships, securing the best prices to keep costs down. He also ensures we have top-notch drivers, a modern and well-maintained fleet, and a steady focus on investing in the future.

DAVE
Owner / Director
Joined forces with Matt in 2019, helping take TES from a sub-contractor to the trusted company our customers know and love today. Dave handles the commercial side of the business — delivering competitive pricing and making sure our customers’ needs come first.

DAWN
Bookings Team
Joined in April 2021. Dawn takes care of all bookings received through our Bookings Inbox. They come in all shapes and sizes — but whatever the format, Dawn ensures every job is entered into our system, ready to be checked. She also keeps the team fuelled with sausage rolls and cheesecake!

TAMARA
Bookings Team
Started in 2019 as TES began to grow. Tamara makes sure your booking is complete and ready for our planners. Vessel delays, customs clearance, holds, and releases — nothing is left to chance. Tamara checks it all, so there are no surprises down the line.

MICHAEL
Traffic Manager
Joined TES in 2023. Michael oversees our day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and maintaining the high standards we set for ourselves.

PATRICK
Planner
Joined in May 2021 when we were still based in Howard House — and even helped us move to our current home a few weeks later. Patrick plans our daily work, assigning the right trucks and drivers to each job. Has the driver got the hours? Can the truck carry that cargo? Can it enter London? Patrick fits the pieces of the puzzle together.

MYKOLA
Planner
Joined in 2023. Mykola started by booking VBS (Vehicle Booking Slots) at the port — a vital task, as we can’t access the port without them. But it wasn’t long before we saw his broader talents. Now known as “Magic” by his colleagues, Mykola is a valued member of the planning team.

NIALL
Fleet Department
Joined in February 2022. Having gained experience across all departments, Niall now manages our fleet. He ensures every vehicle is serviced, compliant, and ready for the road — arranging repairs and keeping the wheels turning.

Michaela
Accounts Department
Joined TES in January 2024. Michaela handles the books — from sales and purchase ledgers to payroll. She’s also the only one who makes coffee for the team. And if you don’t pay your bill… Michaela will come after you.

JOSH
Transport Operator
Joined in October 2020. Known as our “day sheet” guy, Josh keeps track of everything on the road — monitoring progress, notifying customers of any delays, and offering solutions to issues along the way.
